Who we look for
Independent Venetian businesses, licensed where a licence exists, working in the historic centre.

Water taxis and boats
Airport transfers, lagoon outings, a boat for an evening. Licensed operators with their own craft.

Licensed guides
Walks through a sestiere, a museum, the Arsenale, the islands. Guides authorised by the Regione Veneto.

Tables and bacari
A table held at a trattoria, a bacaro round, a restaurant that keeps a place for our guests.

Cleaning and laundry
Turnover cleaning between stays, linen and towels washed and returned on schedule.

Plumbers, electricians, locksmiths and carpenters who answer the same day inside the historic centre.

Interior photography, portraits for guests, glass, masks, paper and fabric made in the city.
How it works
Guests ask us; we point them to people we trust. You deal with the guest directly.

When a guest asks for it, we pass them your contact and you agree the details with them directly. The service is yours; the agreement is between you and the guest.

For cleaning, laundry and maintenance, we contract you ourselves for the apartments we manage, with written terms and a monthly settlement.
